My name is Marina Marino and I was born in Campobasso, Italy.

I am a freelance translator of English into Italian and of Dutch into Italian and viceversa. I have a long-time experience in teaching Italian language and culture and I offer classes for different skill levels.

I hold a MA in Modern Languages (English and German) from the University of Bologna, a BA in Italian Didactics from Consortium ICON (Pisa) and a Bachelor of Communications for Translation Studies from ITV Hogeschool voor Tolken en Vertalen (Utrecht) I am very proud of.

At the moment I teach Italian language at the Dante Alighieri Society in Amersfoort and translation Dutch>Italian at ITV Hogeschool voor Tolken en Vertalen.

I have been living in The Netherlands since 2000 and five years later I became also a Dutch citizen.

I am hard worker, dedicated to my work and with a passion for languages and cultures.
